It is the purpose and intent of Cubs Nike RBI All-Stars to level the playing field by offering opportunities for participants to achieve their highest potential on and off the field through performance training, academic coaching, civic engagement opportunities and team-building experiences.

The week of July 7-9, metrics for participants will be recorded and evaluated for second round invite.

During the 2026-2027 program year, Cubs Nike RBI will field multiple baseball and softball All-Star teams. Each roster will consist of up to 15 players depending on age, qualified pitchers, and positions.

Players selected for an All-Star team must commit to Cubs Nike RBI exclusively and fully participate in each program component.

Specific tryout times will be assigned per age group prior to the tryout date.
